Hi Bella! I found you on instagram by searching for a gold’s gym tag I am so glad I did! You are one of my biggest fitness idols! You are so motivating in every way and I love that you are always inspired and never give up and that you are so kind to share your work out routines and most importantly your diet tips. Life has become so much easier now that I have a better understanding of how to eat clean. I am on a fitness journey and I hope I can one day be as successful as you! I will admit I am having a hard time because of my diet. I eat really well but I love food too much and sometimes fall off the wagon. I need to find a balance. Anyhow, I am going to push myself really hard and never quit I am curious, if you could please help me, because I am having a difficult time figuring out how to break up my work outs so that they are the most effective. What muscle groups do you work out together on what days? Any information would help, thank you so much!!! have a great day <333
Dear Marina, thank you so much for your kind words. It means a lot to me!!!!! I’m glad to know you are chasing your dreams and going after your goals. Never quit, never give up, even though it takes a little long for you to see results, they will come as long as you do the right thing and as long as you are patient. I’m sure you’ll get there sooner than you think!
Focus on the diet. This is the most important part! If you don’t eat clean you’ll be wasting your time at the gym. As far as workout routines, if you are trying to lose weight, the best thing to do is focus on cardio (at least 5 x a week) and do circuits at least 2 x a week. It’s important to mention that cardio means elevated heart rate – cause that’s when you’ll really be burning fat. I have two routines, I workout legs/biceps/back all together and butt/triceps/shoulders all together. I do abs pretty much every day and calves at least 4 x a week. I don’t workout chest that much, but you can definitely do. Take care girly and let me know if have any other questions. XO
